About ProWAccelerate
Are you stepping into a new job? Facing an unprecedented challenge in your personal life or at work? Do you feel held back from reaching your full potential? Are you struggling with a change you have been trying to make unsuccessfully? Are you motivated to move to the next level as a leader, but you don’t know how? Do you want to take control of your life and take the driver’s seat? Then you need a coach!
ProWAccelerate is a program that offers you access to world-class coaches from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. As a part of the program, you get the opportunity to connect with an executive coach at an exclusive price of DKK 750 or DKK 1500 for 3 sessions. The typical value of one coaching session is DKK 1,000 per hour and above.
In each 60-90 minute session, you and your coach will explore topics of your choice. The coaching sessions will be confidential.
The Henley Business School*-trained coaches have partnered with ProWoc as part of their certification process. ProWoC provides a platform for coaches to accumulate their required certification hours, practice when they are not coaching full time, and connect with WoC.
*Majority of coaches participating in the ProWAccelerate program have been trained at Henley Business School Denmark. Coaches with other certifications are mentioned in their profiles.
Participation and Pricing
ProWoc is able to provide WoC and our supporters and allies with a career development program at an affordable price. As Prowoc activities remains non-profit and volunteer run, all proceeds from the program go towards funding the network/organization’s activities. As such the program is open to:
– ProWoc members at a discounted rate of DKK 750
– Non – Members at DKK 1,500
– Mentors who have participated in the ProWoc mentoring program – for free
– Coaches agree not to receive remuneration for the sessions directly from coaches or from Prowoc during the ProWAccelerate Program.
Renewal/Extension
Coachees are expected to use/schedule their sessions within 3 months of signing up. Profile will be deactivated after that time. To request for new sessions, they would be required to make payment and write to mcdp@prowoc.org for renewed access. Coaches and clients who would like to proceed to a private commercial relationship after completion of the initial 3 sessions and all Coachee prerequisites, can continue the coaching relationship on their own terms.

Jeannette Spies
- Experience: Jeannette Spies has a leadership career within corporate communications spanning more than 20 years with primarily global companies across multiple industries. Her strong background within leadership and transformation communication and experience with training and coaching leaders at all levels gives her a solid background for addressing challenges for both leaders and specialists at any level.

Ewa Janczewska
- Experience: I have twenty years plus of counseling and coaching experience. My strength is my holistic style that allows clients to have access to latest approaches and coaching techniques. I have worked my whole life across different cultures and nationalities. I have solid experience working with people facing professional and/or personal transitions, folks stuck in their careers, relationships, those who have temporarily lost purpose and joy in life, people who feel stressed out and have a hard time figuring out their next steps.In my work with leaders, I focus on their unique leadership skills and abilities. I assist clients in identifying their strengths but also some areas of improvement and develop useful strategies for enhancing their leadership performance.

Iris Ben-Gal

- Lived and worked in 3 different countries. Originally from Isreal, living in Denmark and in between – there was also the UK
- 21 years of corporate experience in leading Danish international companies (TDC, Falck, Milestone Systems, Danske Bank, GN ReSound and A.P Møller Mærsk), where I worked in different organizational functions. For the last 13 years, I have been working as Project and Process Manager, with focus on process optimization, continuous improvements, and systems implementations. Change Management and Communication were always part of the job
