Hi! I’m Beth. I love helping individuals and teams make the “space between” people just a little healthier—by reconnecting with deeper meaning and values in how and why we work.

I’m an American living and working in the heart of Copenhagen with my family.

I’m a leadership coach and psychotherapist with 18 years of experience, specializing in neurodivergent professionals, technical middle managers, and early-in-career professionals. After many years in private practice as a psychotherapist, I became certified in Executive Coaching in 2001 and later spent over two years teaching Executive Coaching at Henley Business School. Today, I run my own consultancy and coaching business, The Space Between, and partner with large international companies to support leadership and team development.

I coach because I firmly believe work should be “fit for humans.”  At the end of the day, there’s no such thing as “work-life balance.” It’s all life. So let’s make work a meaningful part of it as well.
