Vanessa Fierens
Having served as a team manager for 17 years during my career within a global company, is based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark, allowed me to gain the necessary experience in leading people by showing the path to growth and unlocking their full potential. Over the years, I have provided necessary resources to employees, conducted performance reviews and feedback evaluating, by encouraging, and performance coaching – all to enable, attracting and retaining our leaders of tomorrow.
Managing and leading people of different backgrounds, having different ambitions is the highly international environment and cross-border locations, focusing on aiming at and achieving end goals both individually and as a team. All with respect of each person, embracing human differences and appetites, no matter their background, origin, believes, … all included!
Vanessa is a big supporter to discover, identify and acknowledge people’s strengths, enabling continued growth in a learning environment, looking for people’s opportunities.
I’m a big fan of walking with the coachee, discovering potential doors to be opened, look behind on what it can bring, and build further on this discovery.
