I am an anthropologist by training with a thesis on collaboration across national and organizational cultures. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, I’ve gained deep insights into cultural dynamics and leadership.

For the past 18 years, I’ve worked across all areas of HR—supporting leaders, coaching, and driving change in organizations.

As a certified coach from Henley Business School, I integrate coaching into my daily work, but I’m eager to expand my experience further.

I have studied or worked in the US, Germany, Mexico and China in periods of 6-12 months.

Personally, I have recently moved to Billund with my two boys Bertram (16) and Jonathan (13). Bertram in the gymnasium and Jonathan, who has autism, attends a treatment school in Billund, The Drive School. My boyfriend and other family lives in Copenhagen, which is like my second home.
