My coaching journey began in international schools in Copenhagen, where I trained in cognitive coaching and restorative justice. I further developed my expertise by earning a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2022. As the executive MBA and PCEC Program Leader at Henley Denmark, I supported managers and leaders in navigating their professional and personal lives, whilst studying. This diverse experience equips me to understand a wide range of challenges.

As a coach, I pride myself on truly listening – hearing both what’s said and unsaid – to ask probing questions that facilitate your own insights and solutions. Clients often find clarity and a step-by-step path forward through our work together. My personal experience as an international in Denmark, including navigating career transitions, coupled with my awareness of well-being and neurodiversity, offers a uniquely compassionate and resourceful partnership.
