I was born and raised in England and have a global footprint covering Europe, the Caribbean, USA, Australia, and South-East Asia. I have lived 16 years in Denmark, 3 years in Japan, 2 years in Sweden and 3½ years in China.

I am a lively facilitator and insightful cross-cultural training consultant. I take an empathetic approach to identify with the clients’ challenges and provide support and insights.

My professional competencies and expatriate experience have been strengthened through my MSc. ITPD education; creating the Cultural Connector and facilitating processes with stakeholders from culturally and educationally diverse backgrounds. Having a global mindset is one of my core values, and I see new cross-cultural encounters as a way to learn, reflect and grow. I am often acknowledged for my compassion, curiosity, clear communication and critical thinking.
