I mainly coach leaders and skilled specialists—who are motivated to develop into new opportunities or challenge status quo in an actual challenge they are facing. I also coach passionate volunteers in my local sports club with the aim of contributing to dedicated and talented volunteers and trainers enabling them to create safe, inspiring and fun communities where our young kids can thrive and learn through playing and exercising with their friends.

With a background in operations management from a leading Danish production company, I bring 8 years of experience in leadership, innovation, and strategic problem-solving. My work in management sharpened my ability to navigate complexity, drive change, and add value through actionable insights.

That mindset gave me a strong foundation—but coaching taught me to slow down, listen deeper, and shift focus from fast answers to powerful questions. In my daily job as a production manager I utilize coaching fragments. In parallel, I also do some spare time work as an integrative coach, blending tools and frameworks (like the GROW model) with a person-centered, reflective approach that helps clients find clarity and momentum in their own way.
