In my sessions, I will draw on my experiences as an engaging, goal-oriented and resonant life science business leader, with a proven track record of inspiring multicultural teams to deliver results and success. My strong background within leadership and transformation of teams and organisations enables me to understand challenges for leaders and professionals at any level. I am originally from Dominica and enjoy travel and pushing my mental and physical boundaries. My coaching focus areas are: Personal and professional growth, navigating challenges in work environments both as leader and employee, personal reinvention and transformation, and mindset changes to unlock full potential.
