Hi, my name is Olav. I believe we all have inside us what we need. Greatness for me is connecting you to it. Through authenticity, courage and openness, I connect people with their potential, passion and performance. ✨
My experience is hugely diverse. From pyrotechnics to pastor, from change management and cultural transformation to coach, from elitesports management to English teacher and from IT to Innovation. It is too much to list. I have had my international adventure living 10 years in England. I have been in management and travelled the world with global companies. I have seen the great and the bad from both middle and upper management. The common thread in my career is people, relationships and performance.
I love people and thrive by giving energy and enthusiasm to anyone who wants to get a boost. My desire is your ability to meet the world with your head held high.
My superpower is holding you in unconditional positive regard. I extend you my significant toolbox, my unwavering support, knowledge and experience. I love to champion women in their life- and career-exploits. If you have an ounce of curiosity and determination to succeed, I will boost it as much as you can carry. (PS. I am very happily married to Mette on 32nd year, and she is absolutely smashing it in life – not owing any of her amazingness to me).
