My name is Berit Toft Christensen, and I am deeply passionate about coaching and witnessing people grow. ✨

I love nature and have many interests in my spare time, which requires me to be adept at prioritization. I am 54 years old, living in the western part of Jutland with my husband and youngest child.

I have over 30 years of experience in the private industry, learning from various positions. My educational background includes a Master of Professional Communication (MPK), ADKAR Change Management Certification, and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC).

Currently, I serve as a Global Lean Business Partner, responsible for the company’s Lean Community. My daily activities are filled with coaching, ranging from brief conversations to a series of planned coaching sessions. Beside that I am using quite much time as facilitator of improvement events or problem solving events.

I coach because witnessing people grow brings me immense joy and a sense of purpose. The transformation that coaching sessions can offer everyone is my primary source of happiness.

When you choose me as your coach, you can expect a thoughtful and holistic approach. I am dedicated to observing methods that help clients transition from their current state to their desired future state, taking new steps in life. My curiosity drives me to see the whole client as someone who can learn and thrive by asking the right progress questions. Integrating nature into my coaching sessions, such as walks, supports thinking. My coaching style is adaptable and integrated, evolving to fit the client’s needs over time, using various methods to support their progress.
